Morten Qvale: Panoramic
We are proud to present our new exhibition with Morten Qvale: Panoramic. The exhibition displays a range of new photographs taken over the last couple of years, on locations like New York City, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Switzerland, Sweden and Norway, with motifs spanning from cityscapes to mountains, from summer to winter.
About Morten Qvale:
Morten founded TIQUE in 1983, which went on to become Norway’s first international fashion magazine. As the publisher of TIQUE, he used every opportunity to assist the master-photographers, such as Guy Bourdin, Bill King and Terence Donovan, whom he hired to learn the trade. He soon developed and perfected his own style, and started to shoot for the magazine himself.
Today Morten Qvale is renowned. As a photographer he is known for his attention to detail and strong compositional skills. His international clients include names such as Oscar De La Renta, Jourdache Jeans, Adidas, H&M and Reebok. Among his editorial clients are Vanity Fair, ELLE International, L’officiel and Schön. Qvale has also directed several commercials for Adidas, Synsam, Garnier, Riccovero and Kristian Aadnevik, as well as music videos for Tone Damli, Lars Jones, Sichelle and Elisabeth Andreasson, among others. In addition, his fine-art photography has sold to collectors worldwide.
